Downtown,Port Townsend
Waterfront area with Historic Victorian architecture in buildings with one-of-a-kind shops, restaurants and galleries with condo living upstairs. Beach access, ferry service, water view dining, movie theater, Port Townsend Marina, and views of boats. Neighborhood includes county museum, city and county offices. Many festivals and parades are held on Water Street.

Uptown,Port Townsend
Area of town nested up the hill above downtown. Many homes have partial water and mountain views. Large historic Victorian homes are nestled between 1940s cottages to 2009 luxury homes. City living with Lawrence Street shopping area including grocery, flowers, movie theater, restaurants and tavern. Can walk to downtown and to many parks including Chetzemoka Park and Fort Worden State Park. Neighborhood has many Bed and Breakfast accommodations in Victorian and luxury homes. 9-hole public golf course, public tennis court, city rec center.

Morgan Hill,Port Townsend
Portion of town on top of a hill with views of the Olympic and Cascade Mountains, Puget Sound marine traffic and Port Townsend downtown rooftops. Mixed neighborhood of large Victorian homes, 1940s cottages, all the way up to 2009 luxury homes. Most lots are 5000 square feet for ‘city’ living. Very much a walking area to parks and down to Lawrence Street for quick shopping.

North Beach,Port Townsend

Cape George,10 minutes to Port Townsend
A community of homes on the Discovery Bay side of the peninsula. Spectacular beach and sunset views from properties in The Colony and The Village. Animals are allowed on properties in The Highlands. Port Hadlock,15 minutes to Port Townsend

A growing town of grocery, small-town restaurants, gas station, pizza parlor and other services. Will be developing over the next 10 years with new sewer and water systems.

Chimacum,15-20 min. to Port Townsend
Sparsely populated rural farms and mostly larger acreage properties from 20-acres to 1000-acres. Mostly mid-70s farmhouses, but a few luxury homes on large parcels. Crops in the fields or cows or cattle. Has elementary, middle and high schools and grocery, hardware, pizza and video stores.

Marrowstone Island,25-45 min. to Port Townsend
Rural living with four large parks, including Ft. Flagler with extensive beach access for the public. Not known for architectural restrictions can be farm next to luxury home. Spectacular marine traffic observation points. Up to 45 minutes to Port Townsend. 10-minutes to shopping in Port Hadlock.

Port Ludlow,30 min. to Port Townsend

Port Ludlow has a convenience store, post office, hotel, restaurant and pizzeria. Only about 1.5 hours to Seattle.
